I am sick of dead people acting as shills. I am also sick of good songs being appropriated to flog all kinds of products. I mean, Led Zepplin on car commercials. Eech.
I am also damn tired of waking up each Sunday to see poor dead Charles Schultz’ Peanuts cartoons leading the comics section. Give some living cartoonist a chance. I am pretty sure Mr. Schultz would agree.

Kurt Cobain was wearing Converse One Stars (low top) when he died. I know because I was so pathetic that I went out and bought some the day after he died.
I just watched Gus Van Sant’s “Final Days”–video drivel. Hated it.
