I also agree with the Nars lip pencils you mentioned both great reds too. Also I used to mix the Nars Shanghai with Nars Scarlett Empress to get a perfect red, but for some reason it doesn't work for me anymore. Maybe because that was the '90s? I have tried more expensive brands, but recently rediscovered these little beauts-- way better. I use the "Exaggerate" line in either "Red Diva" (bright red) or in "Obsession" (dark, winey color). Then on top I use NARS in "Captiva"-- best lipstick ever. Dark and sheer. Very moisturizing. Can't live without it. I have one for every bag.
